New Feature: The Investor Leaderboard

1. How you qualify

You'll appear on the Leaderboard once you meet all three conditions:

If any of these is missing, you simply won't be visible on the Leaderboard yet — as soon as you meet all three, you're in.

2. How your rank is calculated

Your position is based on your current sum of active (Funded) investments. This includes investments made through:

• Primary Market
• Secondary Market (purchased)
• Native projects
• ACL projects (African Consumer Loans)
• Bonus mechanics

What lowers your active investment total:

• Selling an investment on the Secondary Market
• Receiving your principal back (repayment)

Investments still in Open or Prefunded status don't count yet — only once they become Funded.

If two investors are tied, the one whose latest investment reached Funded status earlier ranks higher.

3. Investment leagues: privileges and vouchers

Your league is determined automatically by your active investment total — no action needed on your part.

Each league comes with two different kinds of rewards:

• Privileges — ongoing perks like cashback and project access. These are cumulative: each league includes all the privileges of the leagues below it.
• Vouchers — one-off prizes (a rate boost you can apply to your investments), awarded only for Gold and Platinum. Vouchers are not privileges and are not cumulative — see the rules in Section 4.

Important: vouchers are separate prizes, not privileges. A voucher is awarded for the specific event of moving up into Gold or Platinum. If you move up and skip over a league along the way — for example, jumping straight from Bronze to Platinum — you receive the vouchers of every league your investment total passed through, including Gold. Downward moves never grant a voucher, even into a league you're landing in for the first time going down. They are never part of the "cumulative" privilege set the way cashback or ACL access are — see the full rules in Section 4.

Bronze — Cashback on every €1,000

• You earn €10 for every full €1,000 you invest on the Primary Market, tracked cumulatively (several smaller investments can add up).
• Bonus investments count toward this total once they reach Funded status.
• Cashback is not accrued for previous transactions — only investments that reach Funded status after the feature launch are counted.
• Secondary Market purchases do not count toward Bronze cashback.
• Each cashback payout appears as its own transaction, named "Leaderboard Cashback."

Silver — Exclusive project access

• Unlocks access to ACL projects not available to Bronze investors.
• If you're later moved back to Bronze, any ACL investments or balance you already hold keep working as normal — you just can't start new ACL investments.

Gold — Your 1.5% voucher

• One voucher worth 1.5% off, usable up to 10 times, valid for 60 days from the moment you reach Gold.

Platinum — Our top tier

• One voucher worth 2% off, usable up to 10 times, valid for 90 days from the moment you reach Platinum.

Note: If you jump straight from Bronze to Gold (skipping Silver), you receive the benefits of every league you passed through, except backdated Bronze cashback, which is never paid retroactively.

4. How your league can change

Moving up

• As soon as your active investments cross a league threshold, you're upgraded immediately — even skipping several leagues at once if your investment jumps that high.
• Vouchers are awarded only for an upward move into Gold or Platinum. On an upward move, you receive the voucher for every league your investment total passes through — including leagues you skip over, like Gold on the way to Platinum. Downgrading into a league never grants that league's voucher.

See examples:

• If you go from Silver to Gold, you get the Gold voucher — that's an upward move into Gold.
• If you later drop back to Silver and climb to Gold again, you get a new Gold voucher — another upward move.
• If you drop from Platinum to Gold, you do not receive a Gold voucher — that's a downward move. Only by climbing back up from Gold to Platinum will you earn the Platinum voucher again.
• If you jump straight from Bronze to Platinum, skipping Gold entirely, you receive both the Gold voucher and the Platinum voucher — since that's an upward move that passed through Gold's range. (Exception: if you're placed directly into Platinum by initial launch distribution rather than by investing your way up, you receive only the Platinum voucher.)

Moving down — the 30-day grace period

If your active investment total drops below your current league's threshold, you don't lose your league immediately:

• You enter a 30-day grace period, during which your current league and all its benefits stay active.
• If you top back up to the required amount within those 30 days, the downgrade is cancelled and you keep your league (or even move up, if you've invested enough).
• If you don't, your league is recalculated at the end of the 30 days based on your actual investment total — you may land more than one tier down, depending on where your total falls.

Good to know:

• Any investments or vouchers you already hold keep their original terms — a downgrade never changes existing investments.
• New league restrictions only apply going forward, to new investments and actions.
• Vouchers you've already earned are never cancelled by a downgrade — they remain usable until they expire or you use up all 10 applications.

5. Reading your Leaderboard table

Earned is calculated as:

Trend updates in real time with every change in your position. It shows how many positions you've moved compared to the last daily snapshot.

Trend shows how your position has changed during the day within your current league:

• Up ↑ — you moved up
• Down ↓ — you moved down
• Same (-) — your position hasn't changed
• New — you recently joined the Leaderboard or moved to a new league

The value shows how many positions you moved.

6. Your vouchers

All vouchers you earn — from the Leaderboard or any other promotion — live in one place, so you can:

• See every active voucher you hold
• Check the discount percentage, expiry date, and how many uses you have left
• Copy the voucher code to use at checkout

Vouchers with zero uses left or that have expired simply won't show as active anymore.

How to use a voucher code

1. Log in to your account — using your registered email and password.

2. Go to the Primary Market — from the main menu.

3. Select an Open project — browse available projects and choose one from the Open category.

4. Open the project page — click on the project to view its details.

5. Apply your voucher code:

• Go to the Investment section with the Invest Now button.

• Below Invest Now, find Promocode + and click the + icon.

• A voucher input field will appear.

• Enter your voucher code (e.g., invest32).

• Click Apply.
• Once applied successfully, the voucher will be activated. The voucher affects the investment percentage/rate only — you'll still need to enter the Investment Amount manually.

6. Confirm your investment:

• Tick the checkbox "I agree with General Terms."
• Click Invest Now — a confirmation modal will appear.
• In the modal, click Confirm Your Investment.

The voucher is only applied once you confirm the investment. After confirmation:

• The investment is created with the voucher rate boost applied.
• The investment appears in your portfolio.
• You'll receive a confirmation notification.

FAQ

Do I need to sign up for the Leaderboard?

No, you're automatically included as soon as you complete KYC and Proof of Address, and have at least one Funded investment.

Does buying on the Secondary Market help my Bronze cashback?

No. Secondary Market purchases count toward your Leaderboard rank, but only Primary Market investments earn the €10-per-€1,000 Bronze cashback.

I already had investments before the Leaderboard launched — do I get cashback for those?

No, Bronze cashback is never paid retroactively. It only applies to investments that reach Funded status after the feature launch.

What happens to my voucher if I get downgraded?

Nothing, it stays exactly as it was. Downgrades don't cancel or reduce vouchers you've already earned; they simply expire naturally after their validity period or once you've used all 10 applications.

If I skip straight from Bronze or Silver to Platinum, do I get the Gold vouchers too?

Yes. When you move up and skip over Gold on your way to Platinum, you receive both the Gold voucher and the Platinum voucher, since your investment total passed through Gold's range on an upward move. Downward moves never grant vouchers, regardless of which leagues you pass through. (Privileges like Silver's ACL access remain cumulative regardless of which leagues you skip.)

I was already in Gold or Platinum when the Leaderboard first launched — do I get the vouchers of leagues below that too?

No. Initial launch placement grants only the voucher of the league you're placed into at that moment, not the vouchers of any lower leagues you would have theoretically passed through.

If I drop from Platinum to Gold, do I get the Gold voucher?

No. Vouchers are only awarded on an upward move into a league — dropping down into Gold or Platinum never grants that league's voucher, even if you held it before.

What if I drop below my league's threshold — do I lose my benefits immediately?

No. You get a 30-day Grace Period where your league and benefits stay fully active while you have a chance to top back up.

Can I lose more than one league level at once?

Yes, if your Grace Period ends and your investment total has dropped further, your league is set to match your actual current total — not just one level down.

Does my Leaderboard league affect my other bonuses (welcome bonus, referral program, etc.)?

No, the Leaderboard is a separate, independent mechanic. It doesn't change the rules of any other bonus or loyalty program.

Does my Leaderboard league affect the €30 per €500 bonus?

No, just like with other bonuses, the Leaderboard is a separate, independent mechanic and does not affect the terms of the €30 per €500 bonus.

How often is my rank and Trend updated?

Investment total, league, rank, and Trend update in real time as changes occur. Trend shows how many positions your rank has moved within your current league compared with the latest daily snapshot.
