Compliance Reverse Solicitation (Maclear AG)

By registering to the Maclear platform, the Investor confirms that he/she has taken the initiative to register or that all actions and activities in connection with the registering of the platform took place in Switzerland. The Investor resident outside of Switzerland explicitly confirms that he/she has found the Maclear website and the services offered by Maclear and Maclear's platform by him-/herself and confirms that his/her attention to the service offered by Maclear and Maclear's platform was not reached by the use of active marketing channels and expressly agrees that all legal relations between him/her and Maclear are governed by Swiss law and that the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all proceedings is that provided for in the contracts according to the use of the platform.
