Bonus points can be earned for completing various actions within your Maclear account. These actions include:
Inviting a friend — 100 points.
Investments cashback — 1% to 5%, depending on your loyalty level. One-time bonus percentage is credited with every investment.
Activation bonus — 500 points. Bonuses can be activated by clicking the “Activate” button.
Each action earns a specific amount of points, which can be accumulated for use in exclusive investment projects on 8lends.
How to activate your bonus points
The bonus points widget becomes available only after you make your first investment in the primary market.
Before making your first investment
Until that moment, the widget will remain inactive. Once your first investment is completed, you’ll be able to access and use bonus points by clicking on the “Activate” button.

Do the points expire?
No, your bonus points do not expire. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate. However, you cannot transfer points to other users.
How to spend your points on 8lends
Bonus points can be redeemed for access to closed investment projects on 8lends. This gives you early access to projects that offer higher interest rates.
Here’s how it works:
Points act as a "pass" to access these exclusive projects — they do not function as part of your investment.
You will see the cost of access in points when purchasing access to a project.
Once spent, points are gone. Unused points remain in your account.
You can spend points on multiple projects (if you have enough), and they will be displayed in your Maclear dashboard as "passes" for access.
Key rules to remember
No part-payment options: You cannot use a mix of points and funds (e.g., 50% points and 50% USDC).
No points usage for investment: Points are used exclusively for access to the project, not as part of the actual investment.
If you gain access to a project with points but do not invest, points will not be lost. They are only deducted when you actually make an investment in the closed project on 8lends.
Accessing projects: If you're eligible, closed projects will appear in your account. You can review project details and invest directly through the 8lends platform.
Early access is limited and depends on the number of investors interested in a specific project.
Am I required to invest using USDC only?
Yes,you can invest solely with USDC if the project doesn't require access via bonus points. You are free to make investments independently of the points system in these cases.
