We're introducing a new type of project on the platform: Restricted Access projects, available exclusively to investors in our Gold and Platinum Leaderboard leagues. These projects come with an automatic APR bonus of up to +2.0%, on top of the project's standard rate.
Here's how it works, and how to unlock access if you're not there yet.
Some projects on the Primary Market are only made available to investors who currently hold Gold or Platinum status. If you're not Gold or Platinum, these projects simply don't appear in your project list. If you are, the project looks like any other on the list — the only difference shows up on the project page itself, where your additional APR is calculated and displayed. Every investment you make into one of these projects automatically qualifies for the APR bonus.
The bonus size depends on the amount of each individual investment. The larger the single investment, the higher the additional APR:

Important: if your investment is below €25,000, no bonus message is shown, since no bonus applies.
Access to Restricted Access projects is tied to your Leaderboard league, which is based on the current total of your active (Funded) investments. You're automatically placed on the Leaderboard once you've completed KYC and Proof of Address and hold at least one Funded investment.

Reaching Gold or Platinum also comes with its own one-off rate voucher (+1.5% for Gold, +2% for Platinum, each usable up to 10 times), separate from the Restricted Access bonus described above.
