Course bonuses are issued by 8lends, not Maclear, and are paid automatically. After completing a course, click Claim and choose your bonus: 5 USDC instantly or a 15 USDC voucher. New 8lends users also receive a 30 USDC welcome bonus. You do not need to contact support or send screenshots. Write to 8lends support only if the payout is marked as failed in your transaction history. Maclear does not track or issue this bonus.

Why the bonus has not arrived

The bonus depends on the option you chose:

  • 5 USDC: usually arrives within a few minutes. Bonuses are paid from a payout pool that is replenished by the platform, so a delay is possible. Your bonus stays reserved for you and is sent to your wallet automatically once funds are available. Do not click Claim again.
  • 15 USDC voucher: it is not paid to your wallet right away. You apply it to an investment of 100 USDC or more within 30 days of receiving it, and it is paid out together with your investment return once the project completes, usually within a few months. Applying the voucher requires completed KYC.

You can check the status in the transaction history on 8lends. A successful 5 USDC payout appears with the label "Crypto course bonus" and a link to the transaction.

What about the 30 USDC welcome voucher?

The welcome voucher is available if this is your first registration and investment on 8lends of at least 100 USDC. It is a voucher, not a payout to your wallet: apply it to an investment within 30 days of receiving it, or it expires and cannot be restored. It applies with either option, 5 USDC or the voucher, and is issued once, not for each course. You can check it in the Vouchers panel on 8lends. See How to make your first investment on 8lends.

How to contact 8lends support

If your payout is marked as failed, write to 8lends support and include your 8lends wallet address and the course name:

Is the course bonus sent to my Maclear account or my 8lends wallet?

The bonus is sent to the wallet linked to your 8lends account, not to your Maclear balance. The wallet you use in the course must match the wallet linked to your 8lends account. Maclear operates in euros; 8lends operates in USDC. Course bonuses are paid in USDC on the Base network, and the platform covers the network fee, so you receive the full amount.

I completed the course — why is my bonus still missing?

First, make sure you clicked Claim and chose a bonus: the button changes to a waiting state once the request is accepted. If you chose 5 USDC, wait a little: a delay is possible while the payout pool is replenished, and the payout will be sent automatically. If you chose the voucher, check the Vouchers panel on 8lends: the voucher is applied to an investment and paid out only after the project completes. If the operation is marked as failed, contact 8lends support.

Can Maclear support help with the course bonus?

No. Maclear support handles only Maclear platform issues. Verification and payment of course bonuses on 8lends fall within 8lends support scope. Contact 8lends at [email protected] or via Telegram.

What if 8lends support has not responded?

Try both Telegram contacts, @ceviz1389 and @daniel_8lends, in addition to email. Maclear cannot escalate 8lends support requests on your behalf.

The rate locks at Funded — later level changes don't affect existing investments. Primary and Secondary Market both qualify.

How to add or change your bank IBAN for Maclear withdrawals

Maclear doesn't allow manual IBAN entry — a new account registers itself through an incoming deposit. Any amount qualifies, including a €1 test transfer (the €50 minimum applies only to investment deposits). Once the sender name matches your profile, the IBAN auto-appears in the withdrawal dropdown. Previous IBANs stay listed — no limit on verified IBANs.
